Return request raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:
Used or washed nighties.
Products without original tags.
Products damaged due to customer misuse.
Products returned after 7 days of delivery.
3. Refund Policy
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account, depending on the payment mode.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer replacement/exchange if:
Wrong item was delivered.
Damaged or defective product was received.
Size exchange is available only if the requested size is in stock.
5. Return Process
To request a return:

Send clear photos/videos of the product and package.
Our team will verify the request and provide further instructions.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
